At Plus Size Barbie, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
